As an integral part of product development and innovation, and in order to accomplish testing for which no industry standard currently existed, the principals of coverUPS® sought out the assistance of industry experts to design and construct their own testing apparatus in order to verify the ejection performance of the product. The testing apparatus was designed in conjunction with Hydraulic Engineers and acts as a variable tool to test the product in multiple configurations. The results of our testing program are available to you in spreadsheet form for your records upon request.
We regularly test our product to verify its consistency of performance at the lowest system pressures allowable by NFPA. Additionally, as our market base expands, we will employ a variety of testing groups around the United States to further verify the product's characteristics under independently controlled conditions.
Any specific sprinkler head type may be tested with our product prior to order initiation. This process may prove especially valuable by documenting predictable performance for your specific sprinkler head.
