How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Orders placed between April 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010 will be submitted
for manufacturing July 1, 2010 and shipped within 90 days thereafter. It
is anticipated orders placed after June 30, 2010 will ship within 90
days.
Returns
Are returns accepted?
Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and only if the return is requested within five business days of the delivery confirmation date and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) has been approved by cvrUPS, Inc.
A full refund, excluding shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be
made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in
which it was shipped. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
What if my order is
damaged?
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In this case,
you must file a claim with the carrier. All packages that are returned must be
fully insured.
Payment
Unless otherwise arranged with an authorized cvrUPS, Inc. representative, payment in full is due at the time you place your
order.
